I recently purchased these, hoping they would supplement the Kaplan flash card set for the DAT that I currently have. Instead of having a regular formatting for flash cards (quick question/short response), these seemed to be copy-pasted directly from a text book. The answers are lengthy, indirect, and there's little to be gained from reviewing them that one couldn't receive from a text book.
Specific Issues:
1. The majority of the cards say "Describe the basics of ______" rather than asking specific question
2. Answers are too lengthy for an association-based test
3. Formatting of responses isn't reader-friendly (paragraphs rather then bullets)
Overall, I would not suggest this flash card set for anybody, and I wish I could receive my money back for this purchase.

Using flash cards to study can be really helpful, but it can also be a lot of work. If you have to make the cards yourself, you have to decide what might be on the test and what you might need to know. You then have to put the effort into making the cards. All of that time COULD have gone into studying had you not had to make the cards yourself. With the help of these flash cards you can take the effort you have to put into making cards out of the equation. These cards have been highly researched so they have all of the information on them that you need in order to do well on the test. All you have to do is buy them and since they don’t cost very much, that isn’t even very painful! These cards were made for this exact test and they have all of the details you need organized and ready to go. They are also easy to understand, which m aces them all that much better for studying.
