I was expecting the same layout as a real book in the preview, but instead, the wonderful pictures are shown only a 2" by 2" or so sizes.
You couldn't zoom in the photos any further without losing the quality.

One of the best books I've ever read about photography. Not only a coffee table type of book but a tool to understand in depth the photos displayed in its pages.
Whatever your favorite sort of photo is, you'll find a tutorial about it (macro, landscape, and so on).
You're not only going to get into the photographer's mind and going to understand the process of creation behind each of those stunning pictures, but you'll also realize you don't need an awful amount of gear to make a good picture, only a little skill and imagination.
The book is thrilling indeed because those tutorials are so clear, so easy to understand and adapt to your own photos that after reading this book you feel invigorated and eager to try something by yourself !
A great "mind opener" too. If you you are fond of taking landscape pictures, for example, you'll soon feel like trying some abstract or why not have a go at editing ?
As an amateur photographer, I'll say it's a book that boosts you !
Besides, it's addictive ! A page turning book !
Open it you won't leave it, and it's even better than a thriller : the story never ends since you'll create your own from what you got in that book !
