This book provided the entrance into my Master's in Public Heath program and I immediately knew that this program was perfect for me. The book discussed the bare realities of public health behavior and expressed proven methods to implement change and purposefully evaluate it. It also provides many useful resources. Great read!

i enjoyed learning the material in the class the book was ok, it was hard to find things in the book somethims but that is to be expected.
