About the Author
Justin Kyle grew up in Carnlough, Northern Ireland, just North of Belfast during the Irish "Troubles", before moving to Anchorage, Alaska in 2000 at the age of 25. He spent his life playing video-games and guitars to escape the banality of small-town Irish life while a war raged on just up the road. As an avid reader of books and comics, as well as a self-confessed movie nerd, Justin always strayed toward a career in writing or music, but an early start in software development caused the passion projects to be put on hold temporarily. Flash forward another 13 years, and Justin has focused once again on his creative side, with books, comics, and screenplays all in the works. Combining a love for games and writing, he launched the first in a series of "Retro" themed books, covering machines that he had a passion for, beginning with the Atari 2600. Books on movies, guitar theory, and an autobiographical tale of small-town Irish life are all on the way.
